Tamore’s own Mark Graham and his partner Ellie are finishing their around-the-world cycle this coming Friday by cycling along the Greenway from Dungarvan to Waterford and then to Tramore.

They’d love to invite people to join them on the Greenway this coming Friday as they make their way home after cycling 32,000km, through 24 countries, over the last 21 months.

They’ll be leaving Dungarvan from the start of The Greenway in Abbeyside, opposite Spar at Noon this Friday.

Comeragh CC flag has made its way to Montreal for the world championships and is on the climb in the city laps.

Masters national championship road races were held today Sunday 13th in and around Kilmactomas and hosted by Dungarvan Cycling Club. Mick Culbert brought home the silver medal in the over 65’s category👏👏👏
In the over 50’s race a few of our riders were caught up in an early crash which unfortunately ended their day. Chapeau to Martin O’Brien on finishing in the main bunch and was our best finisher. 👍👍

Back racing and back in the prizes!
Conor McGrath and David Howell made the trip to Kilmessan Co. Meath on Sunday and in the C3 category came in 2nd and 4th respectively.

Comeragh CC were in action at the Mondello24 Cycle this past weekend.
Our over 50’s team retained the title in that category, making it 3-in-a-row! 🏆🏆🏆And were 5th overall too completing 266 laps. Our team ‘Alpha’ finished just off the podium in 4th place with 268 laps completed while our ‘Delta’ squad fought hard all through the event with The Boys from Armagh from Armagh City Cyclists for the overall finishing 271 laps in the process, Armagh lads pipped us by a single completed lap. Well done boys👏👏
Huge special mention to our ‘Beta’ team, all 1st timers who absolutely smashed it out there and were on-hand on numerous occasions to help out. They competed 240 laps and were 11th overall.
