If there’s one value that matters more than anything when it comes to your health, it’s commitment — commitment to yourself, to consistency, and to playing the long game.
Aran didn’t chase quick fixes. He showed up month after month, focused on fat loss, health, and rebuilding his energy. He took responsibility for where he was — and did the work to change it.
Here’s Aran’s story:
Hi, I’m Aran. I’ve been training with Gan for 9 months, and during that time I’ve lost over 40kg. I started working with Gan in March 2024 after seeing the positive changes his coaching had on the rest of my family.
When I began, I was morbidly obese, constantly tired, and had lost the energy and confidence to enjoy life. Gan did what years of confusion hadn’t — he simplified the process. I finally understood how to eat properly, train effectively, and focus on health rather than extremes.
The structure, tools, and ongoing support made training fit around my life. Having access to guidance when I needed it kept me consistent, and the results followed.
Today, I have energy, confidence, and strength I hadn’t felt in years. More importantly, I’m healthier and building habits I can sustain long term. It’s never too late to take control of your health.
This is what real fat loss looks like — improving body composition, restoring energy, reducing joint pain, and building a body that will still serve you well years from now.
If you don’t want another short-term push, but instead want to set yourself up for a stronger, healthier 2026, I’m now accepting applications for my 12-Week Challenge.

Every trail teaches you something.
It’s not about speed, shortcuts, or having it all figured out.
It’s about putting one foot in front of the other, even when it’s hard, even when it gets uncomfortable.
Achieving your goals isn’t easy. There are no shortcuts. You've got to put in the work,
keep showing up, keep moving forward, step by step. You’ll eventually get there.
Progress takes time, effort, and belief.
Keep climbing.

There’s something quietly magical about early morning hikes when the world is still asleep and it’s just you and a good friend. No crowds, no noise, just birdsong, and the kind of conversation that only happens when you're out in nature before the day really begins. It’s rare these days to find a place that feels like it’s all yours, even just for a little

Teaching Commitment and Core Values Through Challenge.
As parents, we know kids are naturally curious and drawn to the next “shiny” thing. Interests can change week to week, but part of our job is to guide them toward finishing what they start—to teach them the value of commitment, resilience, and seeing things through.
Noah and I are taking on the Festive 50 Challenge this holiday season: a 50-mile load-bearing hike! It’s not just about completing the miles. It’s about showing our kids that when you commit to something, you give it your all and finish strong.
Challenges like this build character, teach perseverance, and instill lifelong lessons that no shiny distraction can replace.
Lead by example and show your kids the power of going all in and finishing what you start! 💪🎄

Fat loss doesn't have to be the goal, I believe overall health should be the priority - but the two go hand in hand and one is often a by product of the other.
If your goal is to lean out, here are 10 things to consider.
If you're already at this level, excellent, focus on maintaining this.
1) More Water
2) More Sleep
3) More Veg
4) More Protein
5) Walk Daily
6) Less Kcals
7) Strength Train & DO Cardio
8) Less 'Junk Food"
9) More Nutrient Dense Food
10) Patience
For most males, 10-12% for women 20-23% . Body Fat levels is an attainable level to reach and maintain all year round. At this level you'll be able to still enjoy life without any extreme levels of dieting.
If you're consistently ticking the boxes above you should be well on your way to a leaner, healthier you.

You know everyone “loves” Bulgarians!
Kristin has been putting in a tremendous amount of effort and dedication. As a result, she has earned a spot on the Irish team for the Over 40s Irish Masters Hockey Tournament in South Africa this October.

Getting out of shape wasn't an overnight process, and the road back to fitness won't be either. Focus on the basic fundamentals: nourish your body with the right food, prioritize quality sleep, add in some strength training and for the love of god be sure to tack on cardio and mobility.
If you're eager to make a change, that's fantastic. But there's no need to stress about massive transformations today. Think of this as a lifelong game, a marathon spanning the next 40 years. The journey to fitness is just a fraction, around 10%, of your entire life.
Invest the time now to lay a strong foundation for lasting success. Imagine actively enjoying the remaining 90% of your life. It's about making gradual, sustainable changes, so you don't find yourself constantly 'coming back' from setbacks.
Seize the opportunity to get it right now, and your future self will thank you.

The Power Family 👨👩👧.
From the outside looking in, it may seems like we have it all figured out. But one thing is for sure..we dont! 😅.
But we do however live each day and always choose to make the most of everything.
