On this I am asking for those in power that can bring about change, & the HSE to recognise exercise as the next step in cancer treatment and, ask for exercise to be embedded throughout the cancer care continuum. do everything I can to ensure this is acted on.

Hey everyone, I hope you all had a fantastic weekend. Now why not set yourself a new goal and prioritise yourself and your health. Classes tomorrow night are in a new location. This is just a once off as the hall we use is in use. Tomorrow nights class (Tuesday) will be held in St Mary's Primary School hall enter from Mitchel Street side. Class will commence at 6pm sharp. €5 PAYG.
