OK lads the Upstairs will be back open this evening for open mat as normal, the mma gym downstairs won't be back until Wednesday 14th, 6 pm class will go ahead then as normal , I am waiting on some brackets to be fitted on Tuesday so the downstairs mats need to remain up untilk then. We appreciate your patience. The wait will be worth the upgrades .

Well what a night for Irish MMA and and the man of the moment , always brings it ,the bigger the show the better he does a true pro from start to finish ,and we are all extremely proud. huge thanks to all the Team as always for the help with the sparring and work that goes into each training session behind the scenes, the grind the blood sweat and tears are all worth it, big thanks to everyone who supported always greatful, the good news is we're only getting started😁, Class this evening 6-7.30pm., , , , also big congrats to all the lads who competed in the mma league over the weekend well done lads that's how it starts.
