I hear this all the time, "I eat pretty healthy." Then we sit down and map out the week together.

Monday through Wednesday's genuinely solid.
Thursday there's a happy hour with the girls.
Friday night is takeout and wine because the week finally ended.
Saturday's whatever everyone else is doing.
Sunday's leftovers from all of it plus brunch.

That's not eating healthy with a few exceptions, that's eating off plan more than half the week and calling the other half the real diet.🤦

Four good days and three and a half rough ones isn't going to move the scale, the labs, or how your clothes fit. That's just math, not judgment.

If you need a plan that works my next 21 Day Fit Body Challenge is right around the corner.

Get booked in before it’s full

Your Sport isn’t your Strength Training

If you run, cycle, play football or golf, this email is for you.

Here’s something I want you to think about:

Playing your sport isn’t the same as strength training.

Running is fantastic exercise.

Cycling is fantastic exercise.

Football, golf, tennis, hiking — they’re all fantastic ways to stay active.

But they place repeated demands on your body.

And as we get older, simply doing more of the activity isn’t necessarily the best way to prepare your body to handle those demands.

That’s where BeStrong comes in.

Strength training helps build the physical foundation underneath your sport.

It helps your muscles, joints and connective tissues cope with the forces, movements and repetition your sport demands.

It can help you feel stronger when you’re running.

More stable when you’re changing direction.

More powerful when you’re cycling.

More confident on the pitch or course.

And perhaps most importantly…

It can help you keep doing the activities you love for longer.

We’ve seen this with our own members.

We’ve had runners hit PBs over 5K, 10K and marathon distances who have told us they believe their BeStrong training made a real difference.

We’ve had members tell us they enjoy their sport more because they feel stronger and more confident when they’re out there doing it.

That’s exactly what we want.

We’re not trying to replace the sports you love.

We’re trying to make you better equipped to enjoy them.

Here’s the important bit…

You don’t need to live in the gym.

For most recreational athletes, 2–3 well-coached strength sessions per week can provide an excellent foundation alongside their sport.

And that’s exactly what BeStrong is designed to do.

Functional full-body strength training.

Expert coaching.

Small groups.

Exercises adapted to your ability.

A focus on moving well and getting stronger safely.

So if you’re running, cycling, playing football, golfing — or simply want your body to be ready for whatever life throws at it…

Don’t just train for your sport.

Train for the body that performs your sport.

Book your next BeStrong session through the app.

Your sport gives you something to enjoy.

BeStrong helps give you the strength to keep enjoying it.

Strong For Life.

Saturday morning.

You could stay in bed.

You could tell yourself you’ll train tomorrow.

You could wait until Monday.

Or…

You could get up, get your BeStrong session done, and have the rest of the weekend completely free.

There’s something our Saturday morning members tell us all the time:

“I’m so glad I got up.”

And then they’re home for breakfast while the rest of the day is still ahead of them.

That’s the beauty of training on a Saturday morning.

You’ve already done something great for yourself before the weekend has really started.

Then you can…

☑️ Go for brunch
☑️ Spend time with the family
☑️ Get out for a walk
☑️ Play sport
☑️ Meet friends
☑️ Enjoy a few hours outdoors
☑️ Relax — without feeling like you should have trained

That’s what I mean when I say Strong For Life.

BeStrong isn’t about spending your whole weekend in a gym.

It’s about giving your body the strength, fitness and resilience to enjoy the rest of your life.

And today’s session is only 45 minutes of your entire weekend.

We have just 3 places left this morning at 8:45am.

If they’re gone, don’t worry — we also have 6 places remaining tomorrow at 10am.

But don’t let the weekend disappear without training.

Open the app and grab your spot now.

Get it done.

Then go enjoy your weekend.

See you in BeStrong.

Strong For Life.

Finish The Week Strong

Whether you’ve trained four times…

Once…

Or not at all…

There’s still time.

Don’t write this week off.

One workout can change your mood.

One workout can restart momentum.

One workout reminds you who you are.

We’ll be ready when you are.

“See you at BeStrong.”

You’ve got Friday, Saturday and Sunday left.

Think about how many hours there are in a week.

168

Your BeStrong session lasts around 45 minutes.

That’s less than 1% of your week.

Yet that 45 minutes can improve the other 99%.

You’ll move better.

Think clearer.

Handle stress better.

Sleep better.

Eat better.

You’ll leave feeling accomplished instead of frustrated.

It’s one of the highest-return investments you can make.

If your week has been busy…

If work has been stressful…

If you’ve been telling yourself “I’ll go tomorrow”…

Make today that tomorrow.

We’ll coach the session.

You just have to show up.

Strong For Life.

Imagine yourself one year from today…

Walking taller.

Sleeping better.

Feeling confident.

Needing fewer painkillers.

Having energy after work.

That’s what consistent training looks like.

Not perfection.

Consistency.
