It’s moments like these where I’m so grateful for clients trusting me 🤍 sometimes less is more, and that’s exactly what we see here. We have reduced training and upped food to manage fatigue and performance in sports while also managing training so we will still focus on creating the physique goals she is aiming for 💎 We are fitting in more time for her to slow down and take some time for herself🤍

As a woman building naturally, putting on muscle will not make you look “bulky”. It will enhance your natural shape.
Heavy training, lots of protein, staying consistent for years comes to this. Not “short term fat loss”. Consistency and patience and heavy weights💗
