Our gym manager Zara & Ken proudly handed over a number of gym memberships last week in aid of a local Mental health charity Itsgood2talk.

Together with Cllr Aoife Rose and Cllr Tom Forde and Madeline from itsgood2talk, we have created an initiative that will be beyond beneficial to people within the mental health services.

At Predator Fitness we pride ourselves in making our gym a positive and enjoyable experience for all. We have always aimed for Predator to be a safe space for our members and specifically being open 365 days a year to facilitate for those who may use the facilities for mental health purposes. At Predator we have grown a community that not only allows our members to become the strongest version of themselves physically but more importantly mentally.

Our doors are always open, and everyone is welcome 😊
