Do you and your child know how to float? 🫧
This skill can make you safer in the water, and help protect you from unnecessary fear and fatigue. Floating also encourages proper breathing techniques, which are useful for swimming in general and calming in an uncertain moment.
This is why we teach this important skill in our swimming lessons 🏊🏻♀️
