Come along to our event on Thursday 1st December to find out about the machines and how to use them.
Our tutor will talk through the different machines, what they do, and how to use them with an opportunity to ask questions.
Option to just 'Come & look' or if you wish 'Give it a go'

Hi Everyone,
New Exercise Class times now running at Min Ryan Park. Lets make the best of the stretch in the evenings, and get fitter for the summer!

Happy New Year! If you want to make a change for the better and start off 2022 in the right direction for you, I can help.
I know that New Years resolutions are often easy to make but can be difficult to maintain without the right motivation and support. If you have struggled to keep them going in the past, I want to make them more than just resolutions for you, and turn them into your new and improved lifestyle.
You won't have to sacrifice the things you enjoy to make healthier living possible. You also won't need to go on strict diet plans or highly intense training regimens. My job is to make your goals more accessible to you in a way that suits you personally.
