“This programme genuinely saved me this winter.”
That sentence stopped me in my tracks when I read it.
This participant came into Corporate Vitality feeling physically and mentally rundown.
Winter was something she dreaded every year, low energy, anxiety creeping in, just getting through the days rather than actually feeling present in them.
Like a lot of people, she thought this would be more about weight loss or gym goals.
And instead, what she experienced was something deeper:
• Less mental load around food
• A routine that felt manageable, not overwhelming
• Check-ins that were grounding instead of pressurising
• Tools to regulate anxiety and stress, rather than just “push through”
• Big goals broken down into small habits that actually stick
What mattered most wasn’t motivation.
It was capacity.
Freeing up extra bandwidth.
Having enough internal resource to handle work, winter, stress and life, without running herself into the ground.
That’s what Corporate Vitality is designed to do.
It’s not a quick fix.
It’s not hype.
It’s a protective system for high-functioning people who are quietly running on empty.
And hearing that it didn’t just help her get through winter, but changed how she approaches her health long-term?
That’s the work.

Corporate health has a branding problem.
It’s become about surface-level gestures and check-the-box programs, while the real issues get ignored.
Most professionals are operating in a state of constant stress, characterised by poor sleep, skipped meals, avoidance of physical activity, and frequent energy crashes.
That’s why I created the Corporate Vitality Programme, to help high-performing professionals develop habits that genuinely support their work (and outside work), rather than draining them.
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be breaking down what works and what’s been holding most people back.
⚡ Follow along if you want to lead with energy, confidence, and control.

I never set out to specifically be a fat-loss coach.
And honestly? I’m done seeing the health and fitness world dominated by messages like:
“Eat whatever you want and still lose weight.”
Sure, it sells.
Why?
Because it sounds easy.
Minimal effort.
A little “balance” thrown in.
But the fact of the matter is:
it doesn’t give you energy.
It doesn’t build resilience.
And it definitely doesn’t create a life that feels good to live in.
What I care about is restoring your VITALITY.
Believe it or not, but…
How you eat affects how you feel.
How you move affects how you cope with stress.
Your habits don’t just shape your body, they shape your entire day, your focus, your mood, your life.
Weight gain is just one symptom.
Burnout, low energy, scattered focus, those are the others.
I’m not here to sell a magic weight-loss trick. (Reality check: it doesn’t exist.)
And I’m not here to tell grown adults that discipline is optional.
I’m here to help you find your va-va-voom again.
The kind of energy that makes life feel easier, including managing your weight, without burning out.
Because without habits that actually stick, it’s always uphill.
The weight comes back. And you feel…meh — even if you look good.
Looking good is great. But FEELING fabulous is even better.
Here’s what I focus on with the people I coach:
• Eating and moving in a way that fuels energy, focus, and life
• Building habits that actually last in real life
• Keeping burnout at bay
Not just to look better, but to function better.
To stop living life coffee-to-coffee and start living life full-to-full.
This page is shifting towards deeper work.
More honest conversations.
Coaching that asks more, because it gives more back.
If this resonates, stick around.
If you’re just after quick hacks, this isn’t the place for you, and that’s fine.

The current goal👇
Eat well, feel good.
Train because I actually love it.
Walk to clear my head and stop overthinking.
No extremes. Just doing the things that make me feel like me.
Each one a small step towards feeling as good as possible.
🍂 Autumn’s the perfect time to reset and refocus.
If you’re ready to feel good in your own skin again, 1:1 coaching and PT sessions are open. Let’s get you back to you.

Discipline IS hard.
But so is doing the denim dance every morning trying to squeeze into jeans that DEFINITELY used to fit.
But you get to choose your struggle:
→ A bit of effort now.
→ Or blaming the washing machine forever for “shrinking” your clothes.
Only one of those actually solves the problem.
The other just gives you strong thighs from jumping up and down to get your jeans past mid-thigh.
You don’t need to suffer.
You just need a bit of structure, a touch of accountability, and fewer “f*ck it” dinners.
📩 DM me if you’re ready to feel strong, fit, and like your jeans actually love you back.
