Great session today at Systema Wexford.
We reviewed some golden nuggets from the recent Vladimir UK seminar. Focusing on form and maintaining structure through movement.

Thanks especially to Arthur and Alexey for travelling down from Dublin and to Charles whe was testing the Systema water for the first time.

The Legacy of Power seminar in England was a brilliant success. 🙌

Vladimir was able to share and uncover the knowledge and skill of Mikhail exceptionally well.

The atmosphere was so productive, light and inspiring.

A huge thank you to the big dedicated group of participants and to the amazing host Matt Hill and his team of Systema Academy!

Great session today lads at Systema Wexford.
We looked at returning to our base line with breath work.
Dodging balls, blindfold stairwork and some good old grabs and strikes, with a bit of knife work thrown in for good measure.
Grat comitment and great fun.
Just what Saturday sfternoons were made for 🤣🤣🤣

This afternoon I had the privilege of sharing, with my local group at , some of the wonderful, inspiring and subtle internal work, which I experienced at the recent seminar with Ryo Onishi in Devises with
One of the best ways of consolidating your learning is to try and explain and pass on what you experienced first hand from a true master.
Of course, I was only able to pass on my own limited and diluted version of the experience - but everyone appeared to have fun and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Honestly, I think that I gained more knowledge and understanding than they did.
