Mr Oil Cross Country Relays
The club was represented today by four women in the cross country relays.
Superb running from all four as they blitzed through the 4 legs ultimately winning County Team Gold medals.
Huge congratulations to our women's team of Kirsty Hynds, Paula Gondard, Ilze Bedrite & Helen Sinnott.
The cross country season will continue with County Novice in a few weeks time.

Medieval Kilkenny Marathon & Half Marathon
Two members were in Kilkenny on Saturday morning. One in the Marathon and one in the Half

Gaelforce Great Fjord Swim
County Galway was Tadhg Hendersons destination as he took on the Gaelforce Great Fjord Swim on Saturday.
A 4km swim is a challenge to most but Tadhg cruised his way to complete the route in just over 2 hours.

Well done to our cross country addicts who ran in the Kilmore AC Winter League on Thursday evening. Round 2 took place on a loop in DMP grounds. Kirsty and Casey took 2nd & 3rd in the women's and Pat and Conor were 2nd & 3rd in the men's well done.
Congratulations to Kirsty, Catherine, Casey, Helen, Dave, Conor & Pat.

The committee of Menapians AC have made the extremely difficult decision to announce that we are unable to host our 4 Mile Road Race that was due to take place in October 2026.
The committee have worked tirelessly to try find solutions to the obstacles we found ourselves faced with and they made the disappointing decision that some obstacles cannot be overcome.
Apologies to all who have supported us over the years and who were looking forward this year's event.
We look forward to an event on 2027 if the planets align for us.

At the weekend he completed the challenging Di**le Half Marathon in the Kingdom of Kerry.
