Fantastic weekend of training. Hard work, sharing of knowledge and development of Martial Arts skills with Master John Russell Guardians Peter Hornby, Frankie Cooper, Derek Dawson and Ireland Chief Instructor Bobby O’Neill. A wide range of topics covered including Chi Gung, Sticking Hands, Using Internal Energy, Close Range Combat Techniques and Application of Syllabus.
It was great to see a full house for all classes from Kids up to seniors with all levels and grades represented. Well done to all our participants 👊 and a big thank you to our panel of instructors. 🙏

Fantastic day at the Tallaght Open!
To say I am proud of this Lau Gar team is a huge understatement. The attitude, hard work, focus and determination shown today was incredible. Most importantly for me was the comradery, sportsmanship and friendship between our team members.
Big thanks to Adam and Eoin for helping with the coaching and looking after our fighters all day.
To bring home so many medals from one of the biggest tournaments in Ireland was a great achievement. Those who didn’t bring a medal home today all fought fantastically too loosing to only a point or two.
Each and every one of you should be very proud of your performances today 👊

11 fighters brought home 5 Gold, 6 Silver and 1 Bronze.
