Hi ladies, due to very small numbers tonight Kettlebell power fitness is cancelled.........I realise from now on that everybody will be very busy coming up to Christmas 👍🏻

I'm heading to Barcelona on Fri for my 24 hour ultra marathon adventure and so won't be here for next Mondays class.

Kettlebell Power fitness will be back with a bang in January and I'll confirm the date closer to the time😊
