We plan to go Ice-Skating in December, before we finish up for Christmas. Keep watching this space for more details.

Don't forget, the trip to Gravity is on tomorrow, the bus is leaving at quarter to 1 sharp from Wexford park, and will be back around 6pm. Bring a change of clothes if it is raining, some food if you think you might need it, and gloves for the course might be a good idea too!

Our first trip is booked. The trip is to gravity in courtown on Wednesday 9th November. The trip is restricted to 25 people so it will be operated on a first come first served basis. Here are the details:


Bus pick up at Wexford Park at 12.45pm sharp
Arrive at Gravity at 1.40pm
Gravity activites: Climbing Wall, Extreme Leap of Faith, Aerial Trekking, Zip Wire, High all aboard
Bus leaves Gravity at approximately 5.15pm to be back in Wexford soon after 6.00pm


The cost for the trip is €10 and this must be paid by Friday 25th October 2011. Members of the Outdoor Active team will be in college each day to collect money from tomorrow until Friday.

Money will also be collected in the canteen at the following times:


Wednesday 2pm to 3pm
Thursday 11am to 12pm
Friday 12pm to 1pm

There's an email out to all members, but some of the email addresses on the membership forms haven't delivered. If you didn't get an email either on your personal or college email address, get in touch with us and we will change the details we have for you.

Anyone who would like to join can find a membership form in the info section. Print it, fill it in and get it to one of us with €2 and it's as simple as that.
