T.R.X Pairc Charman would like to welcome all members of W.C.C .who will take up the challenge of classes at T.R.X. Pairc Charman over the next few weeks .

Sorry for the short notice guys but unfortunately there will be no class on the 16th of September as I will be unavailable,back again as usual on the Monday 6-7 .

Being a long weekend and only having two nights a week for the summer we will be holding classes this Monday night 6-7 and 7-8

Hi guys as it's the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend there will be no class this Monday back on Tuesday and Wednesday and no class Thursday as I am away .Have a great Weekend and hope to see you all back next week.

Just putting it out there ,Myself and Kevin Murphy (who is the man giving advice on SE Radio on training for the Hope and Dream run) are putting together a group interested in starting to run for fun anyone interested or know anyone who may be interested can contact me and I would be happy to talk about our plans.

We will be back in business on January the 5th .Class times as follows Monday 6-7
Tuesday 7-8
Wednesday 6-7
Thursday 7-8 .
The class times will remain for the first few weeks and we will review them as we move forward.
