Weight training and body tone instruction and supervision. One hours session suitable for all fitness levels. Beginners will learn the fundamentals and proper technique of weight training and body tone exercise in a friendly atmosphere. More advanced will enjoy participation in a well structured weight training session.

Social distancing and sanitisation measures in place. We are delighted to be back in operation. Opening hours this week; 5pm to 9pm Monday through Thursday and 5.30 to 8pm Friday. Circuit classes are on in Aerobic area Monday and Wednesday 5pm, 6.15pm and 7.30pm. We look forward to seeing everyone back training.
