The Kids Yoga Classroom

Hey Guys

I am at the Fab Kinfolk Cafe Summer Solstice Event Saturday 20th June from 11-12 to bring kid and parent yoga.

If you have never tried a class like this before this is a lovely space to come do a class with your mini and enjoy a lovely drink after.

The class is an hour of warm ups, Music, breathwork, story, yoga and art ♡

From the outside these moments may look messy but underneath deep learning is happening!

From ages 3-5 children learn best through play, movement ,creativity and meaningful experiences.

One of the greatest lessons we can teach kids is to trust themselves and their ideas!

Planting the seed of yoga, breathwork and exploring creative experiences in early childhood gives children tools they can use and carry with them through life.

Even little people can learn big tools for finding their calm.✨️

Why I combine Yoga and Art ♡

Art was my first real passion as a child. I have so memories of things I made and as a parent its something I love doing with my own kids. Getting to provide kids with the opportunity to move and create for me there's no better combination.

When we make something we feel a sense of pride, achivement and our confidence grows in trusting our own decisions.

We can all create ✨️
