🎉 Congratulations to Jonathan Winters on winning the Class 3/4 Men's Singles at the Wexford Senior Open on Monday! 🏆🎾

At just 17 years old, Jonathan claimed the title in his very first senior tournament – a fantastic achievement and one he should be incredibly proud of.

What makes this even more special for us is that Jonathan's tennis journey began with Parks Tennis when he was just 12 years old. From learning the fundamentals on our courts to competing and winning at senior level, he's a brilliant example of how a love for the game can grow with dedication, hard work and perseverance.

We're proud to have been part of the beginning of Jonathan's journey and can't wait to see what comes next.

Congratulations again, Jonathan – the future is bright! 👏🎾

🎾 What a fantastic way to finish our Parks Tennis programme in Wexford! ☀️

Our Finals Day was made even more special with a visit from Mayor of Wexford, Cllr Vicky Barron, and George Lawlor TD, who joined us to watch the children’s matches and help present prizes to all of our winners.

With the sun shining and families cheering from the sidelines, it was a brilliant celebration of the hard work, sportsmanship and friendships built over the past few weeks.

Congratulations to all of our prize winners on their fantastic achievements, and a huge well done to every child who took part in the finals. Your enthusiasm, determination and positive attitude made the day such a success.

A huge thank you to Mayor Vicky Barron and George Lawlor TD for taking the time to support our young players and be part of such a memorable day.

Well done to every child who took part—you should all be incredibly proud! 🎾🏆

🎾🏆 AND THAT’S A WRAP ON SUMMER 2026!

Final singles day at WHBTC brought an incredible turnout to close out an unforgettable summer of Parks Tennis Wexford camps. Seeing so many kids out battling it out on court, cheering each other on, and having the time of their lives — this is exactly what it’s all about.

A massive thank you to Peter Murphy and Stephanie Durnin, whose hard work behind the scenes made this whole summer possible. Camps like this don’t run themselves, and we’re so grateful for everything you both do for tennis in Wexford.

To every child and parent who joined us this summer — thank you for being part of it. Here’s to an even bigger Summer 2027! 🎾❤️

🏆 What a day! Parks Tennis Wexford held their Doubles Final today at Hillbrook Enniscorthy, and the progress these kids have made this summer has been massive. From first serves to match points, it’s been brilliant to watch them grow in skill and confidence. So proud of every player who took part! 🎾👏

Up next: the Singles Final takes place tomorrow at WHBTC — come along and cheer the kids on!

After weeks of learning new skills, making friends and enjoying plenty of tennis, it's time for our Parks Tennis Finals Day at Wexford Harbour Boat & Tennis Club! 🏆

We can't wait to see all our young players take to the courts for a day of fun, teamwork and fantastic tennis.

🎾 Every great tennis player starts with the basics!

Our beginners at Parks Tennis Hillbrook, Enniscorthy have been working hard on their ball skills this week, building coordination, confidence and having plenty of fun along the way.

It’s amazing to see their progress with every session. Well done to all our young players for their enthusiasm and effort – keep it up! 👏🎾
