If motherhood had a season, it would be winter chaos ❄️
School plays, concerts, matches, parties, birthdays, Santa visits…
I swear there’s a new event every time I open my phone 😂

And in the middle of all that, we’re supposed to hydrate, hit protein, walk, train, sleep 8 hours, meditate and be Zen???

Nah.
Right now the goal is: keep yourself upright and do at least ONE healthy thing a day.

Some days that’s water.
Some days it’s a walk from the car to the shop.
Some days it’s choosing the sandwich with chicken instead of butter + crisps.
It all counts!

I get that it’s chaotic, that you don’t get a chance to come up for air but don’t give up completely! Tick one, two or three things off each day - doesn’t have to be perfect, just keep going the best you can!

Tiny habits.

Low effort.

Big payoff in January. 🎄✨

It’s been 2 months… 👀
Two FULL months since I posted on my grid — and honestly? Life has been hectic, messy, brilliant, stressful, and everything in between.

But even when Instagram went quiet, I didn’t.
I kept doing the tiny things that make me feel like myself — nothing fancy, nothing “perfect,” just the simple habits that keep me sane when life goes nuts.

Here are the 3 things that helped me feel better this week 👇
✨ Drinking more water than coffee (most days 😂)
✨ Making sure I hit protein at least twice a day
✨ Minimum 2-3 strength sessions a week regardless

It hasn’t been a season of big goals or big routines.
It’s been one of holding it together with the basics, and honestly?
That’s enough.

If you’re in the same boat, here’s your reminder:
You don’t have to be smashing it to be doing well.
You just have to keep showing up in small ways. 💛
