We kick things off tomorrow evening at Min Ryan Park at 6.30pm with our Tuesday Run Club.

We’ve got an exciting opportunity to collaborate with Neon Performance, so we’re moving this week’s meetup into town 🙌

📍 Meet at 10am at Crescent Quay, we’ll be in the big open space to the right of TK Maxx.
We’ll be meeting the Neon team and getting the chance to try out some of their products on our run 👟🔥

As always, we’ll have both our usual 5K and 3K routes, followed by the all-important post-run coffee at The Clovelly ☕️

Nothing beats a Saturday morning at Ballinesker Beach! We shifted the gears today with an early start to fit in the ultimate post-run recovery.
Huge shoutout to everyone who tackled the 15km long run (that 5:30 pace was no joke! 🥵) and our legends on the 3k/5k loops.
The highlight? Taking over The Sweaty Horse Box for a massive recovery session. A huge thanks to Conor and Ciara for looking after us with that amazing discount—there’s nothing like a wood-fired sauna and a sea dip.

🏃‍♂️ Saturday Run & Sauna Special! 🧖‍♀️

Hi everyone! We’ve got a slightly different schedule for this Saturday to make the most of a great offer at Ballinesker Beach.

Here’s the plan:

🕒 The Schedule
• 8:00 AM: 15km Long Run starts (The first 10km will be at a strict pace of 5:30/km).
• 9:00 AM: The usual 3km and 5km runs (Note the earlier start time!).
• 10:00 AM – 10:55 AM: Sauna session with The Sweaty Horse Box.

🧖 Sauna Details
The owner, Conor, has given us an amazing discount for a private slot!
• Cost: Only €5 per person.
• Availability: Strictly 12 places available.
• Booking: First come, first served! Drop us a DM or check out the WhatsApp chat to book your place.

Don't forget your towel and a change of clothes! See you all on the sand. 🌊👟

If you don’t fancy the sea swim or sauna, everyone is welcome to come along for the run and coffee. Join for whatever part suits you! 😊

The first official Huns and Sons technical t-shirt is ready for order. Navy performance fabric with the club crest on the front and WEXFORD across the back.
Dylan has been working hard behind the scenes to get these sorted so the crew finally looks the part.

How to Order:

2. The price is €31.50 per shirt. If you’re grabbing more than one, just adjust your total payment.
3. CRITICAL: When you pay, you must include a message on Revolut with your FULL NAME and REQUIRED SIZE.

Sizing Advice:
Please note that these fittings are small. We strongly recommend that you ORDER ONE SIZE UP from your usual size to ensure a good fit.

The Deadline:

We might be eejits, but we’re Wexford’s eejits.

Looking back at where this started 11 months ago compared to the crowd Saturday morning is actually hard to process. What started as one Bluetooth speaker and an idea has turned into a community of nearly 1,800 people.

To everyone who has been part of the first 100 posts: thank you. You made Huns and Sons what it is.

The final shift is done, but the club is in the safest hands possible with Adam and the crew. See you at Darkness into Light this Saturday.

We’re back on the Quay this Sunday and would love to see a big crowd of us there; especially any new faces looking to kick off the New Year!
