Fantastic weekend of training. Hard work, sharing of knowledge and development of Martial Arts skills with Master John Russell Guardians Peter Hornby, Frankie Cooper, Derek Dawson and Ireland Chief Instructor Bobby O’Neill. A wide range of topics covered including Chi Gung, Sticking Hands, Using Internal Energy, Close Range Combat Techniques and Application of Syllabus.
It was great to see a full house for all classes from Kids up to seniors with all levels and grades represented. Well done to all our participants 👊 and a big thank you to our panel of instructors. 🙏

Fantastic results from the Munster Open Kickboxing Championships in Cork. well done to all our competitors. Big shout out to Pat Monahan and Adam Tierney for coaching and looking after our fighters today.
This team continues to grow and continues to improve I’m delighted that so many novice fighters are now taking part in the competition circuit.
