Raw Edge Yoga

This Thursday I will be holding a morning bray head yoga session. We will meet at 10am just at the start of the hill and work our way up finding a beautiful spot to do our practice. This will be for all levels and on a trail / donation exchange. The winter freshness is creeping in so let's make the most of these last September days. Please pm me if your interested in coming.
