Fancy giving table tennis a try in a relaxed and welcoming setting? 🏓

Bat & Chat is a new eight-week Table Tennis for Health programme for people living with a chronic illness or neurological condition, including Parkinson’s and MS.

Delivered by Table Tennis Ireland and led by a qualified coach, the programme will introduce participants to the basic skills of the game. No previous experience is needed, and there will be plenty of time to play, chat and enjoy some light refreshments.

Just to let you all know, this season is up and running. Every Wednesday from 7.45pm to 10.30pm. No membership fees this year, so it's just pay as you go. Great value at €5 each night you play.
