Is it safe? What age groups? Does my child need to already be fit?
All valid questions - and all things we want parents to feel reassured about before their child steps in our door
Here's the short version: the sessions are proeprly coached, with age appropriate movements, built for children who've never trained before just as much as ones who play sport already 💪🏻
It's a no pressure zone, it's a space where they can come to learn safe training, build good habits, and of course have fun while they're at it 🙌🏼
