Just accepted & confirmed my place for my graduation place in
Really excited to travel over, as due to restrictions & pandemic stuff I was not able to visit the university campus for the duration of my time studying for my MSc
Luckily blue is my colour... however, if my nephew sees this, he'll ask me why its not green... green is his favourite colour & he tells me very regularly 🤣🤣🤣

A new goal, or a new years resolution can be a good idea for some people... as it can help them to focus on a habit or target
However, it is totally ok & acceptable to already have changed, by either progressing or regressing, the original goal / habit
It is also totally ok & acceptable to have given up on that goal / habit... & you do not have to explain your decision to anyone
Take on what you are ready for, & wlling to do

Yes, in the second pic is how I rest between sets... sitting on the plates 🤷♂️ (I thinks it's quite comfy)

yes, food contains calories... food also contains different proportions of protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamins & minerals, all of which your body needs
Your body needs all of these nutrients in different amounts depending on the activity you are about to do or have just done, if you are inactive or very active, if you are sick or recovering from illness & an almost infinite number of other circumstances that a person may find themself in
The point is, fuel your body as it needs & not to simply try & hit some random calorie target 😉💪
