Summer is officially over as we start back for a brand new term of Pilates!!! This Wednesday 😁 Ladies class starts at 7.30pm and men are back at 8.45pm. See you all there.

Hi everyone- hope you are all well. For those of you who have asked for a recommendation for a physio - here are the details:) Cameron McKeever- Greystones rugby club, telephone +353 (86) 241 8198. I have personally used him in the past as have many people I know so I can definitely recommend him!
