Best of luck to everyone running the tomorrow. Here’s a throwback to Mark in 2019, in a promo video for the very first Wicklow Ecotrail. A well established event on the trail calendar now

Mark nipped home for lunch today on this Orbea Kemen. It's such a versatile e-bike. Easy to cycle - smooth on the streets and the rougher paths. Load it up with panniers for a day out. The rear rack (or back carrier as we used to call it) takes up to 30kg in weight. You can also add a front carrier - nice for a quick trip to the shops. Take a child to school on it, tow the kids (or dog) along in a trailer. The lights come on automatically for all day visibility. It holds and charges your phone. The motor adjusts to your pace - let it do the work or pedal hard and save the battery for when you really need it. Come in and try it out!

Panda eyes after swimming? 🐼 For me, a goggle mask works best - no more puffy black circles under my eyes for the day. I'm currently using this Arena 'The One' Mask very comfortable and has great visibility.

TOP TIP! If you've got puffy, black eye sockets after your swim, chances are you are tying your goggles too tightly. Next time you are in the shop trying out a goggle, don't put the straps on. Simply press the goggles to your eyes; if they stay for a second or two, they're a good match for your face shape. If they fall away, try a different style.

It's September! Back to pool...

Time to work on your technique so you're ready for next year's events? Orca paddles are perfect for strength training and fine-tuning your stroke. Fins help with your kicking technique and ankle movement. Boards and buoys keep everything in the right place. Keep it all to hand in an Orca bag!
