🎉❤️🖤 10 YEARS OF THE FOLEY SCHOOL OF IRISH DANCING 🖤❤️🎉
I just wanted to share with you all that…
Today marks 10 years since I started my very first class as the Foley School of Irish Dancing, on 3rd October 2016! 🥹
It’s hard to believe that 10 years have passed. What started as one class has grown into such an amazing, rewarding and very special journey, and I feel incredibly lucky to have shared it with so many wonderful dancers and families along the way.
One of the things that makes today extra special is knowing that I still have dancers dancing with me who were there on that very first day. ❤️
Watching them grow from little dancers learning their 123s and their very first steps, to now beautiful dancers and beautiful young adults, and to be lucky to have new dancers joining the Foley School all the time,
I started Irish Dancing at 5 years of age, purely because my friend wanted to start and didn’t want to go alone, little did I ever think I would be looking back over the last 10 years as I am now and so lucky to have been able to continue my Irish dancing and pass on love to others,
As an Irish dancing teacher I’ve had the privilege of watching your children grow, seeing their confidence develop and celebrating their achievements over the years, They become such a huge part of the Foley School family. ❤️
And of course, none of this would be possible without the amazing support of all the parents. Thank you for trusting me with your children, for bringing them to classes and competitions, for the encouragement, the support and for always believing in them and in me.
I genuinely feel so lucky to have the job that I do and to have been able to do it for the last 10 years. Here’s to all the dancers, past and present, and to many more years of dancing, memories, achievements and fun! 🥰
