Long before Glacial Valley Hunting became what it is today, there was James Nolan Sr. a proud Irishman whose love for his country, his mountains, and his way of life shaped everything that followed. The Glenmalure Valley was more than home to him; it was part of who he was.
That same pride, knowledge, and respect for the land was passed to Jim Nolan Jr., who dedicated his life to preserving the traditions and heritage of the valley. In time, those same values were handed down to Jamie, Jim Jr’s son and today continue through Logan, Jim Jr.’s grandson, and Jamie’s newborn son Malachy, the next generations carrying the Nolan family legacy forward.
For the Nolan family, this has never simply been about hunting.
It is about family.
It is about heritage.
It is about the deep connection between people, place, and tradition.
