I used to be the girl who would avoid taking pictures, or even when I did I would only notice how many extra chins Iâd have or say âhave you SEEN THE SIZE OF MY ARM in that photo absolutely not delete it nowâ âŚ
Rather than seeing how happy I looked or having it for a lovey memory to look back on đ
It makes me sad I used to be like this and Iâm happy to say I am coming out of it now and Iâm trying to make a conscious effort to actually TAKE MORE PHOTOS!!
If you resonate I want to help you to gain your confidence back and actually start living life! â¨

âŹď¸ All your faces when you read this and feel personally attacked đŹ (sorry in advance)
Weâve all been there⌠diet starts Monday! All systems go, meals prepped, workouts planned and motivation is MOTIVATING!!
Tuesday and Wednesday are a breezeee⌠rinse and repeat easy peasy⌠đđťââď¸
Until Thursday comes along and work has been full-on this week, stress is kicking in and when the girls suggest âjust a coupleâ for Friday Eve - how can you say no? Itâs only a couple, anyway youâll catch up on todays workout, tomorrow!
Friday morning now and youâre feeling a little delicate, those overnight oats you prepped arenât hitting the spot sooo *bacon sandwich incoming* everyone deserves a Friday treat!
Saturday morning youâre back in the game, long walk, coffee (skimmed milk, obvs) getting those steps in before a few drinks out tonight! Because EVERYONE goes out on the weekend and what, like Iâm gonna sit in and be boring?
Except.. a few drinks turn into too many drinks and before you know it itâs Sunday morning and youâre waking up with a stinking hangover and sharing a bed with last nights curry cheese chips đŤ
Thereâs only one thing thatâll fix this state of Sunday sorrows - yep. A takeaway. It doesnât matter anyway because like we said, diet starts Monday!
Here we are again, back to square one.
Sound familiar? DM me and we can have a chat about how I can help you break out of this weekly cycle and into a more balanced lifestyle!!

These are the types of meals I eat regularly to stay on track! High protein, balanced and easy to make.
Mostly dinners, because I love cooking and tweaking recipes to fit to my goals! (Usually lower cals and higher in protein!)
Lunches for me are very samey, especially now with work because I donât have the option to reheat things anymore đ lazy me used to love this 𤣠so I mostly take my overnight oats, wraps and protein yoghurts to work now.
No crazy restrictions with your diet makes it so much easier to stay consistent!! đŞđź
Save for inspo! Would you be happy to eat this type of food AND lose weight?

âYour weight doesnât define your worth. đâ
This quote resonates with me so much.
đ¸ Pic 1: 7 years ago, I was overweight and uncomfortable in my body. I thought losing weight would solve everything.
đ¸ Pic 2: 3 years ago, I was underweight and OBSESSIVELY chasing a smaller version of myself, (the wrong way), convinced that being smaller and smaller would finally make me feel confident.
đ¸ Pic 3: Today Iâm at a healthy weight, physically stronger, and have a more balanced lifestyle âbut of course I still have days when my insecurities creep in.
Last year was actually one of the hardest years of my life when it came to self-doubt and insecurities. Even though I am now at my healthiest weight, I had to work hard on what was going on in my head, not just in the gym or in the kitchen. Because confidence isnât just about weightâitâs about how you feel about YOU.
I know what it feels like to struggle. Thatâs why Iâm so passionate about helping other women create their own version of healthâmentally and physically. Itâs not about being âperfectâ .. itâs about feeling GOOD in your skin, no matter where you are on your journey.
If youâre struggling with your confidence or unsure how to start prioritising yourself, Iâm here to help. đ Letâs make your journey about building strength, self-love, and confidenceâinside and out.

How to navigate Christmas without the guilt or feeling overwhelmed!
The festive season can feel like a whirlwind, but it doesnât have to throw you completely off track. Here are 4 simple tips to help you enjoy yourself and stay in control:
No âall or nothingâ mindset
Christmas isnât about being perfect or writing off the whole month! One indulgent day wonât ruin your progress, just like one âgoodâ day wonât magically change things. Focus on balance, not the extremes!
Control what you can
Got a few days with no big plans? Nail your nutrition, get your steps in, and stick to your routine as much as possible. The small wins on those days will help you feel in control overall.
Eat before you go out
Heading to your Christmas night out? Have a high-protein meal beforehand. It'll help curb cravings and make you less likely to overindulge or hit the takeaway on the way home!
Be kind to yourself
This time of year is meant to be enjoyed and spending time with loved ones, so donât beat yourself up over a few extra treats or a missed workout. Focus on what you can do, not what you didnât do.
Remember, itâs about progress, not perfection. Youâve got this!

Week 7 in my deficit đŞ
Average weight this week: 67.1kg
Starting weight (9th Sept): 68.3kg đ
This week I was delighted to see the scales creep under 67 and show 66 for the first time! My new goal is for my average to stay in the 66s next week. Progress may be gradual, but it's definitely happening! đđť
This week was all about consistencyâI stayed on track with my food, hit my steps, and nailed my workouts (even though I didnât get a run in). Since starting this deficit 7 weeks ago, my average weight has been trending down steadily.
Is it slower than I would have liked? Maybe, but I'm embracing it. No extreme measures, no starving myself, no feelings of âbeing on a dietââI am on a balanced, enjoyable journey that doesnât make me feel like Iâm missing out on life. This is exactly the kind of approach I want to encourage for all of you.đŤ
If you look at my weight graph (pic 3), you can see those ups and downsâfluctuations that can feel disheartening in the moment. But looking at the bigger picture, the overall trend is clearly downwards. Itâs a reminder that the weight loss isnât always going to be linear, itâs about consistency and trusting the process.
Physically, Iâm seeing so many changes other than the numbers. My waist has visibly slimmed down, my stomach feels flatter, and my glutes are becoming rounder and more defined.
This deficit for me has been about rebuilding confidence, bringing up my self esteem and becoming fitter and happier during the process. If you're going through the same thing, please rememberâyour progress might have ups and downs too, but youâve got this, keep going!! The results will come! đĽ°
