The very best of luck to Ian Murphy & Aidan Spence-Murphy in this weekends Munster Intercounty competition. Ian & Aidan are part of the Cork teams in their respected grades. It is fantastic for Ian & Aidan to represent their county, plus its great to see the club represented aswell at another provincial event. If we get any updates directly tomorrow we will txt them out. Club Memorial & Prize Giving / Celebration

Hi all, reminder for club memorial competition this Saturday 29th August. Cards will be available from 10am to 1pm. 36 Hole strokeplay. Max 2 cards. Please note this is weather permitting.. Card available times may change if needs be.

Presentation of all major competition prizes will be given out on Saturday Afternoon. Presentation of prizes & 40th anniversary celebrations will take place from 4:30pm onwards. We would delighted to see all past members, current members, friends & sponsors to join us Saturday afternoon to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the club. Refreshments will be served also.

COURSE UPDATE & NOTES FOR YOU ATTENTION

1) Course will fully reopen tomorrow morning

2) For the next few weeks there will be a temporary tee box in play for the 3rd hole (it is just over the bridge on the 4th hole). Players should not tee off 3rd until 4th tee box is clear or vice versa. There is a a drop zone to the left of the green for anybody who goes into the taped off area. Please use the drop zone and do not attempt to play your ball from taped off area.

3) Scramble Competition tomorrow at 10:30am

Last Saturday 15th August, the club had its outing & a great day was had by all that attended. Many thanks to Tramore Pitch and Putt for the use of their course & hospitality. Many thanks to John Long of Worldwide Cabs for supplying the bus for the day. Many thanks to the The Old Imperial Hotel Youghal for the sponsorship of prizes. Well its official now, congratulations to two of our members father & son Ian Murphy & Aidan Spence-Murphy on making the Cork team in their respected grades for this year. A fantastic achievement for the two lads. Another good day for the club aswell.
