I started with Elate 1st of July last year. Over 16 stone and a size 20/22. I was soon to learn not to obsess about the Scales but concentrate on measurements and how I felt in my clothes. That in a way was an instant feeling of relief, just concentrating on getting the balance right between my protein, carbs and fats every day. As they say the Camera doesn't lie. In these pictures you can see the tiredness and resignation in me. I had given up on life. My joints ached and I found excercise very difficult getting out of breath easily and sweating excessively.

Clothes never really felt comfortable. The past year has been a lifesaver. I feel healthier and fitter. Love the workouts! My skin has cleared up and I'm in a 12/14. I'm excited now to be on the home stretch as they say heading towards my goal and starting maintenance soon. I honestly can't ever see myself going back to eating the way I did. I have more control and love for myself and I want to be around for my kids too for as long as I can!
