At the gym cardio

At the gym cardio!!! Been loving this session if I need to get a bit of cardio in at the gym. You don’t need to run, walk or just stay on the same cardio machine for agessss, It becomes boring and then we dread it!! Try this workout to keep it fresh:

200m rowing machine
10 chest to floor burpees
20 squat jumps

Repeat 4-5 times with minimal rest between rounds 🥵
