שיעורים בסגנון האטה יוגה, מתאימים גם למתחילים.
דגש על שילוב הנשימה עם התנועה ופיתוח מודעות וחמלה כלפי הגוף והחוץ.
שיעורים קטנים - עד 3 מתרגלות.ים ובמחירים נוחים לכל כיס - 20 - 25 ש“ח לשיעור.
אפשרות לשיעורים עד הבית בעלות קבועה, ללא הגבלת משתתפים. 100 ש"ח לשיעור של שעה עם אפשרות לארוך יותר. יכול להגיע לכל מקום בבאר שבע (או מחוצה לה בתיאום מראש) ולהביא איתי מזרנים לעוד 4 מתרגלות.

Hatha Yoga style, suitable also for begginers. We will focus on the alignment of the breath with the movement and on developing awareness and compassion towards the body and its surrounding.
If you live in Be'er Sheva and have some room in your house I can come give a class at your house. 100NIS for 60 min class. No limit on the number of students in the class but i can bring mats for myself and 4 more people.
