Thursday morning, 9:30 AM is the perfect place to wind down in this studio based yoga class. A gentle yoga flow class, for all levels of students. You will relax and enjoy the benefits of the yoga practice, by doing poses, breathing and mindful awareness.

Yoga from the Heart in RBS resumes its Thursday restorative yoga class. September 7.
Located at our studio on 16/1 Noam at 9:30 am. All are welcome. Be prepared to have the most relaxing day of your week with yoga postures designed for every need.
