Flow yoga for all levels and aerial silk workouts. My classes are alignment based flow yoga and also theraputic yoga in groups or private classes.
I started my yoga studio 5 years ago to help women in Israel get stronger, more flexible, and relax while they lead meaningful yet hectic lives. Women of all ages are welcome!

When there is a siren during yoga we go the the shelter and when the event ends we continue the class. I like to give a little gift like an essential oil blend to make up for the interruption. Today was lavender eye pillows! Want a prize for yourself? Next hatra’a come on over!🤣
