A little change of direction… 🤍
If you’ve been here for a while, you’ll know me through the lens of interior design - creating spaces that are beautiful, functional and deeply personal, and always always restful.
But over the last few years, me, and my work have been evolving.
After finally getting to study trauma and somatics (got an MA in the U.K. didn’t I) it feels like I’ve finally stumbled into how this all fits together:
We cannot separate the person from the space, the business or the story they are carrying.
Our surroundings influence our state.
Our state influences how we lead.
Our story influences how we show up.
And all of it impacts our capacity to grow.
So I’m bringing all of these threads together.
My work is now centred around trauma-informed business and leadership coaching, somatics, neuroaesthetics and the relationship between story, state and surroundings.
I’ll be working with women, leaders and businesses through coaching, business audits, team workshops, consultations and retreats (yes you can come!) - helping create the conditions for people and businesses to get healthy, stretch, grow and thrive.
And my interior design background?
It’s not being left behind. It’s part of what makes this work *mine*.
This feels less like a change of direction and more like everything finally coming together.
Welcome to the next chapter of Willow & Rest. 🤍
