השיעורים מתקיימים אצלי בסטודיו ואפשרי גם שיעורים פרטיים בבית המתרגל – ליחידים ולקבוצות. I did Iyengar Yoga and fell in love with the alignments and the exactness of the asanas. Later, in more energetic periods of time, I practiced Ashtanga Yoga with various teachers. Still, something felt missing… Then I was introduced to the wisdom of Integrative Yoga that incorporates all the best in the main practices of Yoga while placing emphasis on individual limits and capabilities. Since then yoga is present in every aspect of my life: at home, with students, and even over coffee with friends. Classes are available for both beginners and advanced students, individuals and groups, at my studio or in the student's premises.
