Batia Hofstadter is a Certified Yoga teacher based in Ra’anana Israel. She teaches Hatha/Vinyasa as well as Restorative Aroma-Yoga by candlelight.

A Ra'anana resident since 2008, Batia builds a non judgmental space for yogis of all levels, combining asanas (poses) with safe alignment. The practice focuses on conscious breathing to achieve self-discovery, awareness and emotional well being.
