Hi all,
As we leave the rush of chagim and begin the new year, what can we actually manage to take with us? What seeds can we finish taking care of in anticipation of gishmei bracha, rains that will help the seeds grow?
Together with Moshe Golub (an experienced mindfulness facilitator), we’re hosting a special retreat this Monday, October 5th, from 5:00–10:00 PM in Kidron, in a beautiful yurt surrounded by nature.
Start the year intentionally—with practices that renew the body, quiet the mind, and help you move forward with greater intention and presence.
The evening will include:
🌿 Yoga & somatic movement
🫁 Breathwork & guided meditation
✍️ Guided journaling & reflection
🤝 Meaningful conversations
📖 Jewish wisdom and inspiration
🥗 Healthy snacks & herbal tea
Together, we’ll reflect on the journey of the High Holidays and explore how to carry that inspiration into the year ahead—building a life with greater joy, purpose and intention.
We have a limited number of spots, and an early price for those who sign up by Oct 2 at 11 am. If you’d like to join us, send me a message. If you think someone ai I tested, send it along.
