As an athlete and a coach, my goal is to work with individuals to help employ correct movement patterns to ensure a long and healthy life filled with fun

Movement is number one - creating proper neurosystem and muscular movement patterns so we can all move as we were anatomically structure to do so. Technique is king and rules all. I have a strong background in team sports, olympic weightlifting and gymnastics. So much fun getting coached for a changed. Getting some tips on my clean technique from . It's so much more fun jumping into a CrossFit workout than actually thinking about my own workout 😝 ... I love getting a chance to work on skills that I otherwise wouldn't prioritize. Lucky I work in the gym with the best trainers in the country!
