🧘‍♀️ General Level Iyengar Yoga Class

📅 Once a month- Fridays
⏰ 9:00–10:30 (Israel Time)

This class is intended for:
• Students with at least one year of Iyengar Yoga practice who wish to develop an independent home practice.
• Teachers who would like to gain tools for teaching beginner-level classes without props

It includes a personal practice program for self-practice (30-45 minutes) with Asana names, timing and drawings
Recording will be available for one month after the class.

🪑 No props needed- we will work with what you have at home.

Join us for a transformative Iyengar Yoga retreat in the Indian Himalayas. Surrounded by majestic nature, fresh mountain air, and nourishing vegetarian meals, this is a chance to pause, recharge, and reconnect.

During this week we will refine, deepen, and explore the foundations of Iyengar Yoga through a daily Asana and Pranayama practice. Complemented by sound healing, Kirtan (devotional singing), meditation by the river, and guided village walks.
Accommodation is at a beautiful river facing retreat farm stay, surrounded by wild nature with chef-prepared vegetarian meals designed for yoga practitioners.

Zili has been practicing with us for many years, under Inga’s close guidance and personal mentoring. Over the years, she has also served as Inga’s dedicated assistant, deepening her understanding and experience in Iyengar Yoga teaching.

Having practiced with us for so long, Zili is now also a wonderful teacher in her own right- attentive, sensitive, and precise with her students.
