Yesterday, our team was in Nahariya (north of Israel, border of Lebanon) for a 10 k race. Temperatures were high (25 to 30 Celcius with a LOT of humidity) but we did it. Jacob Saphir with 49.00 min and Lily Serreau with 55.03 min. πͺ
