לנוחיותכם, יתקיימו 2 שיעורים בשבוע בשעות הבוקר ופעם בשבוע אימון רך יותר של כח, מובמנט בשילוש מיינדפולנס, אז עכשיו יש לכם אפילו פחות תירוצים!

שני ורביעי 7:30-8:45 (כן, שעה ורבע אימון)
שלישי 19:30-21:00

הקבוצה הוקמה בידי הריסון ג'. דאבס, ושני בר-עוז במדרגות בריכת גורדון בתל-אביב ב2013 ומאז שינתה את מיקומה להרצליה.

It will be grueling and painful, but you will be astonished at what your body can achieve if your mind is told to be quiet! Want even better news? All you will need to bring is your body weight, towel and a water bottle. Class takes place on Mon, Wed, 7:30-8:45 AM and Tue 7:45-9 PM

The Group was created by Harrison J Dabbs and Shanie Bar-Oz at the bottom of Gordon Pool Stairs, on the Tel-Aviv sea-walk. and now moved to Nof-Yam Herzliya. Join us of a trail class for only 50 NIS and feel it through your body!
