Sometimes, when my head is not in place. From worries, stress and life, I run away. I run away directly to the swimming pool and to the embracing calmness of the water. To swimming, which besides being a favorite physical activity, is as much a pure meditative process for me. Aprox one hour later, I’m out of the water, back at my very happy place of core and center 🧘🏽🙏🏽
