Some answers only come once the gear leaves the table.

We initiate external field trials to evaluate new equipment in realistic conditions - on the body, with the full setup, and under real-use demands.

This is where preparation turns into testing.

A helmet has to be ready for more than one job.
Night vision, face protection and other mission-specific equipment all become part of the head-protection setup.

That is why we design our helmet systems with modular integration in mind - allowing the same platform to adapt to different operational requirements.

Complex missions demand simple equipment.
We design our gear to be functional and straightforward from the moment it goes on - without unnecessary complexity getting in the way.

Because when the mission is complicated enough, the gear shouldn't be.

Spoiler alert: the gear is ours.
Some of our tactical gear is right there in Fauda - one of Israel's most successful productions, now watched around the world.

Built for the field. Seen on screens worldwide.

Hours into a field operation, a combat shirt has a very different job than it did when it was first put on.
Heat builds. Sweat accumulates. The body has to keep working.

Our tactical combat uniform is designed with that prolonged use in mind, using fabrics intended to regulate temperature and wick moisture during extended field operations. The garments are also tested by active-duty personnel, bringing the conditions of real wear into the evaluation process.

It makes combat clothing part of the way the body manages a long day in the field - not simply another layer of fabric.

S, M, L... and cup size.

Female body armor introduces fitting variables that conventional vest sizing alone cannot fully address.

That is why our female ballistic panels can be customized according to cup dimensions, from A to D, with shaping and lateral coverage adapted for each cup size. The design also aims to minimize gaps, stress points and friction between the protection and the body.

When the protective surface has to follow a three-dimensional body shape, sizing has to become three-dimensional too.

For us, cup sizing is not an apparel detail.
It is part of designing ballistic protection around the woman who will actually wear it.

What does a laser have to do with a ballistic helmet?
Quite a lot, actually.

During the manufacturing of our helmets, we use laser precision trimming to bring the shell to its required final dimensions.

That precision matters because a helmet does not operate alone. It has to integrate correctly with communication systems, night-vision devices and other modular attachments.

A few millimeters in the wrong place can affect how those different components come together.

So once the helmet shell has taken shape, precision becomes part of making sure the entire setup fits the way it was designed to.

Three days.
Real soldiers.
A real military base.
Operational equipment.
An international laboratory.
And a test environment built to recreate different combat scenarios as closely as possible.

That is the level of investment behind one of our recent helmet trials.

During the trial, soldiers used our equipment while specialized testing technology measured a range of parameters related to how the equipment was experienced on the body - under changing conditions and over time.

We do this because a helmet cannot be fully understood from a drawing, a specification sheet or a short fitting session.

We want to know what happens after hours of wear. During movement. Under load. Across different simulated combat situations.

Creating a three-day trial of this scale takes time, people, equipment and significant resources.

We make that investment because the product eventually leaves us and becomes part of somebody else's working day in the field.

Before that happens, we want to test ourselves in conditions that get as close to that reality as possible.
And then do it again.

Before a ballistic solution has its final shape, one of its most important decisions has already been made: what it will be made from.

That’s why we work with high-performance fibers, ceramics and hybrid material structures, selecting and testing them according to the protection requirement.

That choice has consequences in several directions at once. It influences ballistic performance, weight and thickness - and it also has a direct effect on cost.

This is why material selection sits so early in the R&D process. We evaluate ballistic materials through laboratory testing, threat simulation and iterative prototyping before a configuration moves toward final validation and production.

The finished armor may be what reaches the user. Much of its performance has already been determined much earlier, at the material level.
