Half way transformation...
Shoulder lateral dumbbell raises -
1. It is an isolation exercise means single muscle and single joint works in it.
2. For 3D shoulder look it is mandatory to train your lateral delt. So add this in your training plan.
3. Go for higher reps till failure.
Precautions-
1. Keep your elbows slightly bend.
2. Don't lift dumbbells above your shoulders. Keep it inline of your shoulder joint.
3. Keep your torso in firm position.
4. As I mentioned above this is an isolation exercise so avoid lifting heavy instead lift in good form.
Incline dumbbell press -
1. Great exercise for upper chest development.
2. Compound movement means you can lift good weight . So go heavy.
2. Isolateral advantage means both arms goes through equal load thus helps in good symmetry.
3. Greater range of motion than barbell
4. Less chance of any injury.
Precautions -
1. Keep a spotter behind.
2. Focus on breathing.

This is midway transformation of hemant Tanwar. You can look previous picture , he got lot of fat deposition stores all over the body. Hardwork, dedication and patience bring him what he is today.
