1.Include antioxidants vitamins & minerals like vitamin c & vitamin d.
2.Eat iron rich food for better oxygen flow in blood.
3.Regular breathing exercises to be included ( as per your tolerance).
4.If you notice difficulty in swallowing focus on eating soft foods.
5.Drink plenty of fluids(3l per day min) to manage covid symptoms like cough & itchy throat.
6.Avoid sugary drinks, coffee as it leads to dehydration.

There was a time i was very much conscious regarding wearing sleeveless tops. I always used to wear a tshirt, shrug or a jacket to cover my arms, my stretch marks, my flabby skin. Do you do the same?? Comment below!!🤭🤭
It took me more than a decade, to fall in love with my body, be confident, wear something freely. Still working on improving myself from within..🤷🏼♀️💓
