Healthy with Heena

The 7th Kutch District Yogasana Sports Championship was successfully completed at R.D. Varsani Bhuj School! We had almost 65+ athletes participate, giving it their absolute all across every category.

For anyone who doesn’t know, this is where the journey really starts. Kutch leads to Yogasana Gujarat, then Yogasana Bharat, and all the way to World Yogasana. Having had the chance to represent Kutch on the world stage myself, I know firsthand that if I can do it, anyone here can too—it all starts right here at the district level.
None of this would be possible without the grand vision of Shri Udit उदित ji, President of Yogasana Bharat , whose leadership transformed Yogasana into a real competitive sport and built this platform for us. Huge thanks as well to Umang Dawn ji, General Secretary of Yogasana Gujarat, Gujarat Yogasana Sports Association and the whole state team for their constant guidance and support for Kutch Yogasana.
